The exceptionally friendly staff, particularly Zhenya and another gentleman at reception, made me feel right at home. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my experience. With complimentary bicycle rentals, I explored the scenic surroundings at my leisure. The thoughtful provision of free soft drinks in the lobby was a delightful touch that made my stay even more enjoyable.
